HR Recruitment Associate

One Care Care Staffing Solutions is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our Recruitment Team! They are responsible in providing a high-quality candidate experience and attracting top talent. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who has a passion for Recruiting and HR/ Customer Service.

Generally focusing on recruitment of health care professionals, they are responsible in:

  • Reviewing candidate resumes against active job postings
  • Networking with schools and other community organizations to recruit potential workers
  • Schedule and conduct pre-screening telephone interviews with candidates
  • Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and participate in interviews as directed
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Administer pre-employment checks ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Keep electronic files and records updated while maintaining confidentiality
  • Create offer letters and prepare onboarding materials

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in a Human Resources or related capacity, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
  • Experience providing administrative support and quality customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in healthcare recruitment would be considered a strong asset

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
